ESOL Registration for Free ClassesWalk-in registration for classes starting September 14, 2010, will be held Tuesday September 7 and Wednesday September 8 between 9:30am-12:30pm at the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce 190 Vanderbilt Ave. Norwood, MA. Registration Information
ESOL stands for English for Speakers of Other Languages. ESOL classes are for non-native speakers who need to learn how to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
Classes are offered at 190 Vanderbilt Avenue, Norwood, MA.
Four levels of instruction are offered Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.
In addition to traditional classroom instruction, the ESOL program offers computer literacy, a drop in learning center, field trips, speakers, student leadership opportunities, career exploration, financial literacy, guidelines to good citizenship, and health education.
