Ted Lehan On Wednesday November 2, 20011, Canton Police Officer, Teddy Lehan, provided the students of Norwood ESOL Program with a presentation on Rules of the Road in the United States. The students come from 26 different countries and currently reside in Norwood, Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, and Walpole. At the end of the presentation, he provided a question and answer segment so the students could ask individual questions. Carla Elosta, a Norwood resident from Lebanon, learned that a driver must stay in the car when stopped by police. "In my country, we are expected to get out of the car when stopped by police," she stated. The Norwood ESOL program offers free English and computer classes for immigrants.
